WHY The brand needed a solution to showcase new buildings in construction to potential buyers in the ‘new normal’ context.
WHAT We created an innovative real estate sales tool for Arima’s business developers to immerse their clients into future buildings through 180º projection that surrounds them in all senses (video, sound and smell). A complete multi-sensory immersive experience that started with the promotion of the building Botanic, which is currently expanding to Arima’s new buildings La Habana and Credenza.
Using the client’s main meeting room as a canvas and an ipad to manage the experience, we adapted the space and developed this tailor made tool that has become a “must” for Arima potential buyers.
